Delivery within Barcelona is free of charge.

Spain (Except Canary Islands)

Flat-rate shipping cost: €8.

Estimated delivery time: 3 - 7 business days from the order date.

Orders are shipped via our trusted partners (Correos, DHL, DPD, etc.).

International orders

We will provide available shipping options, delivery times, and rates for your country.

Returns

You may return your items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

To start a return, please email info@ploufkids.eu with your order number and reason for return.

We will reply with detailed return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are issued within 30 calendar days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been approved and processed.
